I just sat down to do a post with pictures about our weekend trip to the Marble Museum and to a friend's wedding.
But, I JUST remembered that my husband took our camera, and it has all my pictures on it. So sad.
So, instead I will just ramble a bit about the weekend and other stuff...MMMMMMkay!?
1. On the way to our friend's wedding {Ryan from our church married a young woman, Jaclyn} we stopped in Raleigh at the Marbles Kid's Museum.
2. We girls, and Jackie had a blast! Charlotte was so excited about the fire truck and the pirate ship {Where did THAT come from?! } Seriously, I thought she would be all over the stage and the grocery store, which she was. But it didn't compare to the Engine and the pirate ship.
3. Audrey LOVED that place, too. And, we cannot wait to take them back!
4. Our family along with the Milner's stayed at the camp that is run by the church that Jaclyn belongs to {which was also the place where they met ...AWWWW}
5. It was so fun to stay there, we even had access to the lake and canoes.
6. No, I did not get in a canoe. I wanted to, but there wasn't enough time. There WAS a wedding going on.
7. Jackie sang in the wedding.
8. The wedding was beautiful and very sweet.
9. We didn't get home until about 11:30 ish on Saturday night.
10. And, I discovered that I NEVER want to take my girls on another over night trip...EVER.AGAIN. They behaved well for the conditions they were in {lack of good naps and hungry all the time} but, let's face it...a baby that needs a nap is...LESS than agreeable. And, a preschooler is bigger.
That is all for now, without pictures!

WARNING: PICTURES GALORE!
These pictures {about 99% of them} make me smile. That 1% makes me smile, but out of bewilderment!
You'll see what I mean :)
This bouquet is so beautiful to me.
I love the smell and funky look of a gardenia flower. I would love to have it all over the place in the church.
Escort Cards : simple, elegant, and pink. HELLO.
I HEART this chair wrap. I love the color, the pin, the way it's "tied".
Carnations...not my favorite flower. They are cheap, though...and in THIS decoration : stunning!
And from CARNATIONS...to WHAT IN TARNATION!?!?!?! They actually sell these shoes TO BRIDES. WHA!? never.never.never.never. {maybe if they were pink. MAAAAAYYYbe.} No, seriously,
NEVER.
LOVE this cake. I could do without the apples. But it is cute.
The Bride, herself, painted this on the aisle runner for the ceremony. I love that idea.
I am a fan of anything feathers. Enough said.
So many things I could say about this cake. It's simple, but soo not simple. It's beautiful.
Instead of table numbers, they used letters. Very cute idea. IF you don't have more than 26 tables
Which, why would you!? So, nevermind.
I really liked the wood block as the stand.
It's pink and it's called Sweet Pea. That.is.all.
BEAUTIFUL.
bEAUTIFUL in Pink. {"pretty" just didn't cut it...}
OKay, so you know where I am going with this one, right?! Need I say it!?

Oh MY...I am loving wedding planning. Technically I haven't started PLANNING anything yet, BUT...still. I am LOVING the process of getting ideas together. So much fun!

Bridal Gowns
Since our vow renewal is postponed ANOTHER year,
it gives me plenty of opportunity to really get what I want for the ceremony and not settle for things at the last minute. It has been postponed for 3 reasons so far {our Flower girls 1 & 2 and possibly a Ring bearer!? Maybe!? We shall see in a few weeks!}
I have already decided on a dress, :)
but, I LOVE to browse.
Here are a few dresses that I just loved!
P.S. I WILL be walking down the aisle in one of the dresses below..just so's you know!
Don't let the one with the puffy sleeves scare you. The puffs are too much...but I like the dress!
Check out these shoes! Oh mercy! I.AM.IN.LOVE.
And, since my dress is going to have a lot going on, I want an elegant and simple hairstyle..something like this perhaps!? With a smaller pin.
And, I found these GORGEOUS boleros and wraps on this etsy site :
LOVE their merchandise!!!
I WILL wear one of these on that special day! I GURANTEE it!!
That's it for now. Hopefully I will have some reception ideas narrowed down soon!!
