Thirty-One

Do you like bags?
Do you like cuter than CUTE baby items?
Do you like PERSONALIZED bags and cuter than CUTE baby items?
Do you like spending an evening with your best girl friends, eating cheesecake, chocolate and shopping?!

WHO DOESN'T!?!?!?!?

Well, I have the perfect thing for YOU!
I have just recently become one of Thirty-One Gifts newest consultants!!!

Wouldn't you just LOVE to host a party, invite your best girls, and let the fun begin?!
I just KNEW you would!

Here is my website, you can take a look at all the great QUALITY products I am selling!  {I would upload some pics, but I can't do that on my desktop right now :-(  }

Thirty-One is a based on the Proverbs 31, the virtuous woman.  Thirty-One is a company that celebrates, encourages and rewards women.  What a fantastic thing to be a part of!  I hope you will find something you like.  Actually, I KNOW you will.  I just hope you buy it! hahaha

Proverbs 31
.....Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates."

Clothes and the Pediatrician

I cannot WAIT to put Audrey in these outfits!!!!

Today I took the girls to the Pediatrician, for a 2 year check-up and a 1 month check-up, by myself for the first time.

It went surprisingly well!

Except for that Audrey cried for the first full 10 minutes in the waiting room.

And...that little "still unknown candy/medication" that Charlotte picked off the floor in the exam room and LICKED it! Thankfully she didn't completely eat it!

Seriously..the first 2 seconds in the room..I hadn't even walked in yet, and she had it in her mouth!

The nurse didn't know what it was, the doctor was just as clueless. Aren't they supposed to clean the rooms after each patient!?

Any who. She is fine. I have the item in my diaper bag...{speaking of..I need to put it in a baggie} so IF she starts acting strangely I can take it with her to the ER. {that's all the advice the Pediatrician could give me....uhh...THANKS!}

OTHER than THAT....it was a good visit.

Audrey is getting better and better. She doesn't sound as hoarse when she cries..and she isn't coughing nearly as much as she had been!

Charlotte is growing pretty well. She has kind of plateaued with her weight gain, but he said that was normal {not that I was worried!} And her height is good. She is only 23 pounds... and 32 3/4 inches tall.

Audrey is 7 pounds and 4 ounces! OUTSTANDING!! She was 5 pounds 2 ounces when we came home from the hospital...so she has gained 2 pounds and 2 ounces!!

Everything looked good. Charlotte did well for the Ped. She only fussed when he wanted to look in her mouth.

Audrey didn't like the exam that much, but he interrupted her lunch time, so I don't really blame her for being cranky!

Audrey goes back in a month for her 2 Month check-up and Charlotte gets a break {unless she gets sick} until she turns 3! WOW! 3. Wait, slow down Kari! She just turned 2!! Don't start thinking about 3!!!! Not yet!!!

Any who. The rest of the day was spent primarily on the road. We went to visit my sister....and by "visit" I mean, raid her closet. Since she, herself, is expecting, she won't be needing HER pre-pregnancy clothes. She offered them up to me, and I gladly accepted. With, of course, the conditions that I

A) RETURN them and B) RETURN them in the condition they were given.

I will do my best. Although, that coral dress looks absolutely at home in my closet!! I will HAVE to post pics soon! At least, when I return them...I will have photos of the time we spent together!

We then drove back in to G-ville, and did some visiting with a friend of mine...OH HOW I MISS HER!!!!

Followed by browsing dresses at the Dress Barn and TJ MAXX {also known as..MY HEART}. *SIGH * They have MANY MANY MANY more cuter dresses than the Dress Barn..which I find to be ironic.

Also, I just love the baby clothes at the Maxx.

Miss Audrey is now awake..and I know if I save this and try to come back later..it won't happen...so I will just end it here!

Fashion Show

We had a little fashion show the other day!!

Charlotte got a ton of cute outfits for her birthday,
and, of course, I wanted to show them off!!
She got a few more outfits that I didn't get a chance to snap a picture of.

I JUST LOOOOVE shopping for my girls!
And, there are just soooo many cute outfits out these days!
I cannot wait to get Charlotte some more Spring/Summer clothes!!

Doesn't she look so grown-up here?:

My husband bought these himself at Goody's in a nearby town for like 2 bucks a piece!!

He bought some more things, but she was DONE with the show.
